As a **Business Analyst**, you play a central role in helping our clients shape their digital transformation journey. You will analyze needs, define requirements, and ensure business and IT are perfectly aligned.

**Your main responsibilities include**:

- Analyzing and documenting business needs, translating them into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Modeling business processes using **BPMN**, **UML**, and other relevant frameworks.
- Creating structured documentation such as **use cases**, **data models**, and **test scenarios**.
- Supporting Agile delivery through **backlog management**, **user stories**, and **sprint planning**.
- Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure shared understanding.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science**, **Business**, or equivalent experience.
- ** At least 3 years** of experience in IT consulting, software development, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of **Agile methodologies** (especially Scrum).
- Experience with **functional analysis techniques** and **testing strategies**.
- Proficiency with **JIRA** or similar project tracking tools.
- Knowledge of **relational databases** and **SQL**, and familiarity with **XML** or other structured data formats.
- Fluency in **English and French** (both written and spoken).

**Nice to have**:

- Understanding of **DevOps**, **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, etc.), **CI/CD**, or backend languages (Java, Python,.NET).
- Knowledge or experience in the **financial**, **insurance**, or **public sector**.
- Exposure to **data-related projects**, data analysis, or data modeling concepts.
