**Activités / Missions**:
Notre entité BLI - Banque de Luxembourg Investments (BLI), société de gestion de la Banque de Luxembourg, cherche à renforcer son équipe Oversight par un-e Senior Oversight Officer.

En tant que Senior Oversight Officer au sein de BLI, vous contribuez à la mise en œuvre d'un dispositif de contrôle des fonctions et activités déléguées adéquat et efficace.

Dans le cadre de votre fonction, vous assurez notamment les responsabilités principales suivantes:

- Identifier et analyser les évolutions légales et réglementaires (y compris ceux en matière de LBC/FT) afin de maintenir un plan de contrôle adéquat.
- Exécuter le plan de contrôle et évaluer les risques résiduels identifiés.
- Synthétiser et rapporter, de façon claire et concise, les résultats des contrôles réalisés aux instances gouvernantes de la société.
- Prendre en charge les sujets touchant à la fonction Oversight et rédiger des rapports d'analyses à l'attention des organes de gouvernance internes et des comités projets en tant d'expert-e.
- Être force de propositions afin d'améliorer la qualité des services prestés respectivement augmenter l'efficience des processus.

**Profil**:

- Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 6 ans dans une fonction similaire (oversight, compliance, audit ou contrôle interne) dans un établissement financier, une société de gestion ou dans un cabinet de conseil;
- Vous avez de très bonnes connaissances de l'environnement réglementaire en matière de LBC/FT applicable au secteur des fonds d'investissement luxembourgeois et des autres sujets réglementaires pertinents pour une fonction Oversight au sein d'une société de gestion luxembourgeoise ;
- Vous maitrisez le fonctionnement des fonds d'investissement luxembourgeois ;
- Vous savez défendre, argumenter, convaincre ;
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit ainsi que les outils bureautiques usuels dont Excel.
