Our client, a prominent international organization in the field of audit and advisory services with a presence in 164 countries and a workforce exceeding 95,000 professionals, is seeking a motivated individual to join their Tax Advisory team as a Direct Tax Advisory Manager.
This role offers you the chance to collaborate with both local and multinational businesses across diverse sectors, as well as engage with owners and collaborate with tax teams from other international member firms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage diverse tax advisory projects, such as investment structuring, business reorganizations, succession planning, tax risk assessments, and tax controversy.
- Lead the development and growth of the Tax Advisory team, fostering excellence and value creation for the international client base.
- Collaborate with local and multinational businesses, owners, and tax teams from partner organizations.
- Contribute actively to the design and implementation of tailored solutions aligned with client profiles and objectives.
- Supervise the preparation of tax memos, reports, and opinions.
- Play an active role in crafting newsletters, delivering tax training sessions, and providing internal tax technical support.

- Hold a degree in Economics, Law, or Business, preferably with a specialization in Tax.
- Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role within a Big 4 firm, Law firm, or Tax consultancy.
- Display autonomy, flexibility, and strong organizational capabilities.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude and a penchant for taking initiative.
- Exhibit fluency in English and French (proficiency in German is an advantage).
- Showcase excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excel in relationship-building and fostering team cohesion.
- Uphold a reputation for integrity and an unwavering commitment to client service.
