Le département « Transformation Office » de POST Telecom SA est chargé de piloter les projets stratégiques de l’entité B2C, en mettant l’accent sur la transformation digitale. POST Telecom S.A. recherche actuellement recherche actuellement pour un poste à temps plein un(e) **Transformation Officer (M/F/n)** **Vos missions**: - Développer, mettre en œuvre une vision et une stratégie de transformation digitale au sein de POST Telecom et en élaborer la roadmap avec le Département Digital Transformation - Piloter, superviser et coordonner les projets de transformation digitale, en collaboration avec les chefs de projet et le Département Digital Transformation - Analyser et identifier les opérations à intégrer dans les parcours digitaux et collaborer avec les départements concernés pour une intégration harmonieuse - Faciliter l’adoption de nouvelles méthodes de travail par la formation et la communication, tout en identifiant et gérant les risques associés à la transformation - Suivre et analyser les performances par rapport aux objectifs initiaux et recommander des ajustements, si nécessaire **Votre profil**: - Être titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire avec une spécialisation en Digital, Commerce, Marketing, Vente - Disposer d’une expérience préalable de minimum 3 à 7 ans d’expérience en excellence opérationnelle et amélioration continue notamment en gestion de projets digitaux et innovants - Être reconnu(e) pour votre leadership et votre capacité à travailler en équipe - Avoir un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, combiné à un esprit critique et une rigueur organisationnelle afin de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément - Avoir un esprit disruptif pour permettre innovation et amélioration continue - Avoir d’excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et de communication en français et anglais **Intéressé(e) ?** Rejoignez-nous en cliquant sur **"Postuler"**.
