**We are seeking a** Senior Tax Adviser in Fund Taxation Services**

With passion and purpose, we deliver modern tax services, data-driven solutions and the international tax advice organizations need to succeed. We connect the dots between the insights we uncover and the tangible ways those insights can transform clients’ organizations.

**What you will be working on**:

- Analyze income data from asset manager to identify tax reclaim and relief at source opportunities.
- Prepare Tax Reclaim / Relief at Source filing packages, which consists of (when applicable):

- Collecting supporting legal documents, like certificate of tax residence or regulatory attestation.
- collecting transactional documents, like tax vouchers.
- producing and reconciling the tax vouchers.
- requesting the missing documents from Clients, custodians, sub-custodians, Tax Authorities.
- finalizing the tax reclaim forms / claim letters.
- sending the tax reclaims to the relevant tax authorities.
- tracking and documenting the receipt of the tax reclaims by the Tax Authorities.
- Monitor the post filing activity of each tax reclaim, which consists of:

- Maintaining contact with the tax authorities, responding to additional requests of the tax authorities.
- investigating in case of reject of a tax reclaim by the Tax Authority.
- reconciling the amount claimed versus the amount received from the Tax Authorities.
- providing regular reporting to the Clients.
- Perform any other services that may be required to comply with local tax obligations in the relevant investment countries (incl. the launch of litigation if needed).

**What we look for**:

- You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Taxation or similar field.
- Demonstrate a relevant professional experience of minimum 4 years, ideally, a position within tax operation department of a custodian bank.
- Demonstrate ability to treat large volume of data via tools such as excel, Alteryx, SQL queries,
- Exercise sound judgment, manage risks effectively.
- Demonstrate a relentless commitment to delivering work of the highest quality.
- Distinguish yourself by your organizational skills, flexibility, team spirit, dynamism and your eagerness for learning and evolving.
- Able to work with Excel and PowerPoint (Alteryx would be considered as a plus).
- Proficiency in English (French and German are considered as an asset).
