**Sustainability Officer (M/F/d)**:

As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for** a passionate** and **forward-thinking** individual to join our team as a **Sustainability Officer.
As the Sustainability Officer, you will play a key role in **developing and implementing sustainability strategies to enhance the environmental and social impact **of Landewyck Group. You will collaborate with various departments to **promote eco-friendly initiatives, monitor environmental performance, **and** ensure compliance with sustainability regulations.**

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives aligned with Landewyck Group's values and objectives.
- Collaborate with the external/internal stakeholders for the Group **Sustainability Reporting implementation** (CSRD): monitor and report on the company’s sustainability performance, including carbon footprint, waste management, and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for the** CSR certification renewal**.
- Drive sustainable projects and innovations in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Stay up to date with sustainability regulations and ensure compliance with local, national, and international standards.
- Engage employees in sustainability efforts through awareness.

**Your Qualifications**:

- **
Bachelor’s or Master’s** degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within sustainability, corporate responsibility, or environmental management.
- ** Fluency in French or English **is mandatory - other languages like German is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks, regulations, and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and report on sustainability metrics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different departments and teams.
- ** Passion for environmental stewardship and corporate sustainability.**
