**Discover the Role**
The (Senior) Compliance Manager is responsible for the compliance matter and will report to the Conducting Officer in charge of Compliance. The Compliance Team is responsible for oversight activities for all respective business lines related to TMF Fund Management.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Be in charge of all regulatory reporting of the Company in close collaboration with the Conducting Officer in charge of Compliance
- Preparation of compliance reports to the Conducting Officers and to the Board
- Preparation and filing of the annual closing documents to the CSSF
- Handling the internal audit of the Company in collaboration with the Conducting Officers
- Handling the external audits 21/788 and 21/789
- Supervising the implementation of the Compliance Monitoring Plan in collaboration with the compliance team
- Support on-site monitoring and testing on designated controls defined within the Compliance Monitoring Plan
- Undertake Due Diligences and ongoing reviews in compliance with the anti-money laundering requirements
- Support the identification, mitigation, and management of AML related risks; reporting and escalation of such risks as needed
- Maintenance of Compliance registers such as: incidents reported, regulatory correspondence log, complaints register
- Undertake Compliance projects and ad hoc additional tasks as assigned by the Conducting Officer in charge of Compliance
- Support the 1st line of defence on any concerns or questions on compliance and AML
**Key Requirements**
- Master’s degree
- Has at least 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position within an AIFM or UCITS Management Company or any other relevant experience in Luxembourg (or longer experience in AML)
- Skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - knowledge of Refinitiv World-Check is a plus
- Very good attention to details, quantitative approaches, KPIs, effectiveness in trackers / registers controls and reporting
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritize workloads
- Fluent English and French, both written and oral. Any other language is welcome.
- Team player and solution-oriented
- Ability to work independently and proactive “can-do” attitude, seeking out ways to improve quality of service to all stakeholders
