Our client, a leading law firm, is looking for a Risk & Compliance Support Officer to join its dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in their Risk and Compliance department by dispatching files, screening individuals and legal entities, and providing support to the team. With a degree in managerial assistance and fluency in English and French (German is a plus), you will excel in this fast-paced environment. Your excellent command of MS Office, discretion in handling confidential information, and strong interpersonal skills make you the ideal team player for this position.
**Description**

As part of the Risk and Compliance team, your main missions will include:

- Dispatching files to Compliance Analysts: This involves conducting pre-analysis and recording information in the systems;
- Screening individuals and legal entities using tools like World Check and Dow Jones;
- Supporting the Risk and Compliance team members in their daily work;
- Delivering trainings on the file workflow to administrative assistants;
- Assisting the team with various administrative tasks, such as organizing meetings, registering documents, ordering furniture, etc.

**Profile**
- You hold a degree in managerial assistance from a higher education institution;
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French. Proficiency in German would be highly valued;
- You have an excellent mastery of MS Office;
- You are capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment and handling confidential information with discretion;
- You possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
- You are a team player.
