**Job Description**:

- Bookkeeping (provision accruals, depreciations, VAT, Tax, salaries) and Balance sheet reconciliation of the accounts
- Supervision of Juniors accountants workings
- Be the back up for bank transfers and payments to suppliers
- Support the monthly and annual closing
- Preparation of annual financial statements
- Preparation of VAT and tax submissions
- Preparation of CSSF submissions
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements (internal and external)
- Analyse and explain differences between actual and forecast numbers
- Assist in drafting of reforecasts and budgets
- Support external and internal audits
- Financial analysis support
- Contribute to ad hoc projects (integrations, process improvement,)

- Effective communicator with a no nonsense approach
- Financial analysis experience
- Able to interact effectively with senior people in the organization
- Self
- starter and autonomous
- Able to work towards deadlines
- Critical mind-set towards numbers or info presented

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's in Accounting, Economy, Finance, or Management
- Fluent English & French speaking
- Sound excel skills
- IT savvy (accounting and reporting system)
- Experience: 5 years minimum in an accounting position
- Experience with SUN, Exact Globe or Sage BOB are an advantage but not required.
- Familiar with Luxembourg GAAP, VAT and CIT framework
