Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join a large, privately-owned, well-known bank in Europe, with approximately 1,400 employees. Play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of clients’ funds by safeguarding assets, ensuring compliance, governance and oversight.
You’ll be part of the supportive Depositary team in the large Luxembourg branch of the bank. **Responsibilities**:
- Follow up with stakeholders to obtain missing information and documentation
- Prepare year end confirmations for auditors.
- Help with the oversight activities of the fund management companies, including third-party administration providers.
- Cash flow monitoring and fund accounting oversight, including the oversight of Net Asset Value (NAV), capital activity and fair value pricing decisions.
- Depositary file administration
- Monitor ongoing AIFMD requirements and investment activities
**Requirements**:
- Good organisational and analytical skills,
- Basic knowledge of Luxembourg Alternative Funds and AIFMD regulations.
- The ability to analyse and evaluate complex information to help with the decision-making process.
- Custody experience advantageous.
- An understanding of alternative investment strategies
- Stakeholder relationship skills
- Knowledge of banking activities within the funds industry
