**Depositary Officer**
**Monday to Friday, 9:00 am. to 6:00 p.m.**
**Strassen, Luxembourg (On-site)
**Some of the things you will be doing**:
- Completion and review of depositary activities including cashflow monitoring, asset safekeeping and oversight
- Liaise with Conducting Officer/Manager to build strong relationships with clients
- Operate as a key part of a team to deliver a client focused, high quality service
- Direct contact point for audit liaison and provision of audit confirmations
- Participate and contribute to team meetings
- Support local and regional management.
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients, both from a fund launch and fund migration perspective
- Ensure the timely provision of reporting to the clients and regulators
**What skills, qualifications, and experience do you need?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline
- Experience in Depositary is a plus
- Fluency in English is required, ability to speak French is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Tenacity and agility, the ability to work pro-actively
- Constant focus on delivering consistent qualify of service to our clients
- Strong level of attention to detail
- Strong research skills
