**Qualifications**:
**Your main tasks will be**:

- Responsible for creating and maintaining cross-functional and cross-process data definitions, standards and policies for the Master Data Domain Business Partner in alignment with the Master Data Owner
- Coordinate with Compliance and Legal to ensure proper handling of business partner data with respect to data privacy and security
- Initiate, lead and support projects and conduct training sessions
- Actively drive knowledge exchange and act as an internal consultant and contact person around master data management business partners
- Continuous improvement process of Business Partner master data processes in alignment with the Master Data Owner Business Partner is an important part of the task
- Responsible for the data cleansing process and coordinate the transformation of customer and supplier data into the SAP S4/HANA system

**Your profile**:

- At least 3 years of professional experience in data and process harmonization
- Business administration or technical degree
- Very good knowledge in project management
- Good understanding of IT systems such as SAP (ideally SAP S4/HANA) and CRM (Salesforce)
- Good knowledge of change management in the context of implementing uniform master data governance
- Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration in an interface role
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and confident behavior with the ability to explain processes or decisions to internal and external stakeholders
- You have an interest in master data quality and are enthusiastic about improvement initiatives
- Fluency in English (oral and written); any other European language will be considered an asset
