Le **Groupe CTG** compte plus de 3.300 consultants IT à travers le monde, dont **1200 en Europe**.

Vous rejoindrez l’équipe Office basée à **Bertrange (Luxembourg)**, composée de 16 personnes, pour prendre en charge les **missions suivantes**:

- Vous jouez un rôle en tant que **support dans la gestion complète des contrats**, englobant l'extraction de données, la validation, l'encodage, le dispatching, la préparation des offres, et le respect strict des échéances.
- Vous effectuez une **vérification minutieuse** des CVs reçus avant de les envoyer au client.
- Vous assurez que les contrats sont signés dans les **délais impartis** et suivez les **procédures spécifiques** ainsi que les exigences documentaires.
- En conformité avec les **exigences contractuelles**, vous préparez et soumettez les documents nécessaires de manière professionnelle et efficace.
- Vous jouez un rôle actif dans la **réponse aux appels d'offres**, contribuant ainsi de manière significative au processus.
- En étroite collaboration avec la/le HR Manager du contrat, vous assurez le suivi du staffing, traitant les **nouvelles requêtes**, les **transferts de consultants**, les **fins de contrat** et les **remplacements**.
- Vous êtes responsable du suivi du **Plan de Formation** (Training Plan) du personnel, travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les responsables des ressources humaines pour garantir le développement continu des compétences nécessaires.
- Vous jouez un rôle clé dans le processus de **facturation**, incluant la préparation, la vérification et le suivi des factures. Vous assurez la communication avec les clients pour le recouvrement des paiements, et vous gérez les litiges éventuels en collaboration avec le département financier.

**Votre profile**
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un **diplôme administratif/en finance**:

- Vous disposez d’une **première expérience significative** dans **une fonction similaire**:

- Vous maîtrisez les **outils du Pack Office**:

- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre **proactivité**, votre **polyvalence** et votre **esprit logique**:

- Vous êtes **autonome** dans vos missions et aimez **travailler en équipe**:

- Vous êtes **orienté(e) solutions** et vous avez de **très bonnes capacités de communication**, en **anglais comme en français**:

- Flexibilité pour **s'adapter aux changements** et aux **exigences variables**.
- **Rigueur** dans le suivi des procédures et des délais
- Vous disposez **d’un intérêt pour l’IT**
