For larger organization, we are also active in the provision of IT staff and in projects both in operational and development field.
In addition, we also sell, deploy and install hardware (Servers, Storage, PC,...). We also offer technical consulting services.

Are you a seasoned IT professional with a passion for shaping the future of database services in a dynamic public administration environment?

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product/Service Owner to lead the strategic development and management of our critical Database Services.

**Position Overview**:
As a Product/Service Owner for Database Services, you will be a key player in our IT services team, dedicated to delivering top-notch solutions for a public administration. Your role will involve crafting and executing a strategic roadmap, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the optimal performance, security, and reliability of our database services.

**Responsibilities**:
**Platform Vision and Strategy**:
Develop a clear and comprehensive vision aligned with the overall IT strategy.

Formulate and execute a strategic roadmap for enhancements, upgrades, and expansions.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Build strong relationships with external stakeholders to meet evolving needs.

**Database Service Development and Management**:
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle, from design to maintenance.

Prioritize features, upgrades, and patches with database administrators and development teams.

**Performance Monitoring and Optimization**:
Establish and monitor KPIs, proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks.

Implement optimization strategies for enhanced efficiency, scalability, and responsiveness.

**Security and Compliance**:
Ensure adherence to industry best practices and relevant regulations.

Implement robust security measures to safeguard sensitive data.

**Vendor Management**:
Manage relationships with database vendors, ensuring alignment with requirements.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies or tools for enhancement.

**Documentation and Training**:
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for database services.

Organize and conduct training sessions for effective use and management.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Product/Service Owner for database services.

Strong understanding of database architectures, technologies, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with public administration processes and compliance requirements is a plus.

**Requirements**:
EU citizenship.

Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
