Plant Quality Assurance

**Your responsibilities would include**:

- Preparing samples and performing defined tests
- Documentation of tests, reporting of all test results, deviations, and test conditions to Test Engineer
- Judging test results with pass/fail criteria
- Training new colleagues according to their competencies, documenting internal trainings
- Writing basic assembly-, set-up
- and work-instructions
- Reporting organizational issues or any abnormal situation to superior
- Coordinating, programming, and supporting maintenance of resources and devices
- Conducting tests at customer’s site or external locations / service providers
- Backup prototypes build and cutting plotter activity

**You would need to meet the following requirements**:

- A technical degree in electronics, mechanics, or experience in a technical position
- Good mechanical and/or electrical skills and knowledge
- Test environment working experience is desirable
- Excellent MS Office skills, knowledge of SAP and database systems is an advantage
- Hands-on mentality, a habit for accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach
- Fluency in English (written & spoken) is mandatory, German and/or French is considered an asset
