To reinforce the Human Resources department,

**Circuit Foil Luxembourg** offers the following position:
**Human Resources Business Partner (M/F)**

You will join a dynamic company, reporting to the HR Director.

Your responsibilities:

- As HR Business Partner, you assist the HR Director in following Administrative and Technical employees in their lifecycle (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, mobility, career plan, etc.)
- You are able to prepare, analyze and develop the budget forecasts for the Administrative and Technical employees (labour costs and headcounts)
- You build strong business relationships with internal clients in understanding their business and processes.
- You perform analyses and provide HR reports and indicators on various topics (demographics, skills, performance, staffing level, turnover, career plan & succession, etc.)
- You are IT proficient especially in Excel, you will use both the HRIS system and time and access management HR systems.
- You are able to manage compensation & benefits and are able or eager to learn how to calculate payroll and like to look at market trends. With the head of HR, you will also learn how to control packages from CFL & subsidiaries.
- You will implement HR processes and draft new HR internal policies. These will be focused on our ISO quality management standards.
- You will act as project manager and consultant on various HR topics
- You like working on the global scale and may have interactions with HR HQ Manager
- You will keep your job knowledge updated by participating in conferences and educational opportunities and by reading professional publications
- You will join a team of 6 persons
- You deliver a high quality of service

Your profile:

- Master Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or Economics. Specialisation in HR and personal tax will be assets.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Labour law in Luxembourg, payroll, in compensation & benefits (within HR team or as HR consultant), auditing
- Knowledge of Luxembourg Labour Law is a strong plus
- You are people centric, truly caring, motivated to learn and to grow in an international environment
- You have an analytical mindset, are rigorous in tasks follow-up, and proactive in taking initiatives and suggesting solutions to solve issues
- You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of SuccessFactors HRIS is a plus.
- Oral and writing skills both in French and English. Luxembourgish, German and even Chinese would be assets.
- You commit to work on a full time basis
