**Summary**:
Transaction Associate - AIFM

One of the top European alternative investment firms is looking for a Transaction Associate to strengthen his office in the city-center of Luxembourg.

This company has funds investing in PE and Real Assets and is growing exponentially, expending worldwide is US, Asia

Therefore, they’re looking for someone with deep knowledge of AIFs and transaction processes with a client-service mindset approach.

The role is focused on transaction, execution, and deals, with day-to-day support to the Portfolio Management team.

Missions:

- Work closely with deal team and PM throughout the transaction process, support on deal execution, Signings and Closings (including review of funds flow and setting up of investment structures)
- Responsible for the smooth running of the Fund activities from an operational / execution perspective
- Accountable for Fund liquidity needs (capital calls, distributions, and bridge events)
- Support on cash management (monitor cash balances and cash planning and reconciliations) in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Support on fundraising projects including in relation to co-investment opportunities

The profile
- Alternative Investment Funds exposure
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience (audit, PM, transactions, legal, compliance).
- Strong attention to numbers (numeric mindset)
- Strong transaction, execution, closings background but not limited
- Strong communication skills / team spirit.
