**About this vacancy**:
We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to support the end-to-end implementation of a regulatory and operational platform within the financial sector. This dual-role requires excellent coordination capabilities, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into system specifications and actionable workflows.

You will be the key interface between internal development teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that all project milestones are delivered on time and aligned with business expectations. The role covers project delivery, requirement analysis, client coordination, and testing support, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

**What we expect from you**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst role, ideally within financial services or enterprise software projects.
- Solid understanding of fund operations such as depositary, custody, fund administration, or asset management.
- Previous experience leading B2B SaaS or enterprise software implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, especially in cross-functional and client-facing environments.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French or German is considered an asset.
- Ability to gather, document, and translate regulatory and business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience with UAT coordination, client onboarding, and training delivery.
- Familiarity with Luxembourg regulatory frameworks (e.g., CSSF), SQL, or workflow tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of secure cloud-based environments would be an added advantage.
