**Network infrastructures - Project Manager (f/h)**:
**Rôles et responsabilités clés**:
- Participer aux réunions de coordination
- Gérer une équipe de techniciens, soutenir le travail d'équipe et un bon environnement de travail
- La planification des interventions de nos équipes sur terrain.
- Suivi des chantiers (bonne connaissance en GC et la technique employé). S’assurer de la pose des gaines, armoires suivants plan d’exécution.
- Établir des budgets et le respect des budgets en place
- Contrôle des mètres et des factures, valider les mètres et factures d’acompte en fonction de l’avancement du chantier
- Sélection, coordination et contrôle des sous-traitants. Définir les conditions (techniques, délai, financières) d’installation
- Transmettre les corrections suite d’un changement du plan d’exécution au service étude et planification
- Suivre les appels d’offre et sélectionner les prestataires, dans le cas ou Eltrona est maître d’œuvre d’un chantier
- Assurer la réception des travaux en confrontant la réalité au prévisionnel
- Reporting régulier de la situation des projets. Faire les audits des équipes sur le terrain (qualité du travail et respect de la sécurité)
- Faire partie de la permanence construction
**Compétences clés**:
- BTS en GC ou Télécom
- 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des télécom
- Français ou Anglais / Allemand / Luxembourgeois
- Assurer un travail de qualité en recherchant la satisfaction client
- Communiquer de manière efficace
- Créer un climat dans lequel les personnes ont à cœur d’aider au maximum l’organisation à atteindre ses objectifs.
- Être orienté vers l’action
- Être force de proposition dans une démarche d’amélioration continue
- Connaissances en Génie Civil, des connaissances dans le domaine des telecom
- Gagner la confiance des autres par son honnêteté, son intégrité et son authenticité
