**Introduction**:
This Contract is established to enable the IT Applications and SLA Division (Client IT Division) to guarantee the adequate support on the following areas:

- Designing and maintain complex e‐Business software architectures.
- Quality Assurance in software implementation lifecycle and operations.

All the tasks and procedures applied to the environments and all modules developed must guarantee the maximum availability of the full technical environments and strictly follow the existing procedures and methodologies.

**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- Proven experience of at least 5 years implementing, in middle‐to-large projects, formal principles and practices of software quality assurance throughout the software development life cycle;
- Having a strong technical background on the implementation of web based solutions:

- Microsoft development tools,.NET frameworks, C#;
- Database design and concepts;
- Major software architectures for web‐based solutions.
- Proven experience in:

- Creation and maintenance of test documentation: Test strategies, Test plans, Test cases;
- Design of test suites, acceptance tests;
- Design and creation of tests reports;
- Design, creation and maintenance of test data;
- Be up to date on software testing standards, processes, methodologies and tools;
- Ability to teach others good quality and testing practices;
- Technical communications with IT to understand systems or APIs;
- Functional communications with users/customers to understand their requirements.
- Areas: Security, functional testing, non‐functional testing;
- Having a valid ISTQB Certification at Advanced or Expert level;
- Proficiency in English, written and oral, equivalent to CEFR B2 or higher;
- Ability to explain issues at different levels of the hierarchy;
- Ability to write clear and concise reports and technical documentation.
