Your day at NTT DATA
The Manager, Managed Services Client Delivery is a management role, primarily responsible for managing a team of MS Client Delivery Specialist in Luxembourg. This role ensures operational excellence, client satisfaction, and compliance with contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities:

• Service Delivery Management
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of managed services for assigned clients, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations, operational issues, and service improvement initiatives.
• Monitor service performance, analyze operational data, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Lead regular service review meetings, present performance reports, and drive client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and additional value creation.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Delivery Managers.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure effective onboarding, training, and professional development of team members.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and client outcomes.
• Collaborate with technical, governance, and support teams to resolve complex issues and deliver seamless services.

Financial Management

• Support the Director in managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring the profitability of managed services contracts.
• Monitor financial performance and contribute to cost optimization efforts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT service delivery, client management, or a similar role within Managed Services.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality IT services.
• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Experience in cross-functional and/or multi-country environments is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing teams is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English and French
