**Mission**:
Withing the IT Flat Europe department, the IT4IT team is covering a spectrum of processes supporting all IT Flat Europe perimeter: financial processes (Budget, MRF, ChangePoint, PR pre-approval process, operational processes (Service Management, KPIs, SLAs, Jira, etc.), Administrative support (PRs, Pos, GRs, etc.), Management of major contracts, Compliance (Sox, GDPR, certifications such as Tissax, etc.).

ArcelorMittal - Flat Products is currently engaged in an IT transformation program across Europe in order to strengthen its processes and cost effectiveness.

A consortium has been put in place to provide IT delivery services from offshore and nearshore. In that perspective a clear separation between IT & business demand and IT delivery has been implemented.

This transformation is impacting IT methods and process in various aspects and requires a refresh or evolution of existing ones to ensure IT & Business demand can operate the necessary IT activities being Evolutions or Business as Usual.

We are searching for the IT Transformation - process and methods lead. He/She reports to the Head of IT4IT.

**Responsibilities**:

- Service Management for Flat IT Europe.
- Process owner of ITIL Service management processes.
- Acting as demand for ServiceNow.
- Define, Architect and deploy efficient and harmonized KPI reporting allowing to monitor services (end to end view / provider supervision view, others).
- Coordinate, control evolutions performed on ServiceNow and on reports by the IT delivery organization.
- Build proximity with IT teams and their operations by being invited/attend to their operational follow up to ensure a good understanding of their local specificities, challenges, priorities.
- Develop and deploy improvement plans focusing to solve problems in processes or their implementation within IT organizations participating in the delivery of IT services for Flat Europe.
- Develop, maintain and deploy communications, training material/documentation allowing Flat IT teams to understand the rules/guidelines. Define and deploy solutions allowing to measure and report on efforts spent by IT demand on activities related to BAU tasks and that should or could be executed by IT delivery.
- Evolutive and project tools and methodology for Flat IT Europe
- Process owner of Evolutive/project methodologies (Project Portfolio excluded)
- Acting as demand for Jira and Azure DevOps
- Define, Architect and deploy efficient and harmonized KPI reporting allowing to monitor Evolutive/Operational project progress/deliverables (end to end view / provider supervision view, others)
- Coordinate, control evolutions performed on Jira/Azure Dev Ops and on reports by IT delivery organization
- Build proximity with IT teams by being invited/attend to their operational follow up to ensure of their local specificities, challenges, priorities
- Develop and deploy improvement plans focusing to solve problems in processes or their implementation within IT organizations participating in the delivery of IT services for Flat Europe
- Analyze, architect and implement harmonization programs aiming to improve maturity or harmonize project coordination, execution, operational monitoring that will facilitate/improve the efficiency/quality/productivity
- Develop, maintain and deploy communications, training material/documentation allowing Flat IT teams to understand the rules/guidelines
- Identity and onboard missing domains to use Jira for their evolutive/operational project follow up Upon needs, define and deploy solutions allowing to measure and report on efforts spent by IT demand on activities related to evolutive/project tasks and that should be executed by IT delivery.

**Minimum applicant attribute**:

- Min. 10 years’ experience.
- Master’s degree in IT, Engineering.
- Relevant experience in service management or project management.
- Excellent understanding of IT Applications, architecture and systems.
- Strong leadership skills. Ability to manage multi-cultural and multi-sites teams.
