They are currently seeking a dynamic and proficient **German-speaking Internal Audit Manager** to join their team.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Supervise audit procedures and processes.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Oversee audit engagements from inception to completion.
- Implement strategies for continuous improvement and growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of seniors and juniors, providing guidance and support.
- Review and evaluate the work of team members to ensure quality standards are met.

**Internal Audit Manager - Your profile**:

- Master's degree in Audit or related field.
- Minimum of **5 years of experience in internal audit or external audit** (with a focus on banking/insurance industry).
- Fluent in **German and English,** with excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in team management.
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships within the team and with clients.
