Are you a detail-driven QA professional ready to make a real impact in the pharmaceutical sector?
Join a dynamic, international company operating at the heart of pharmaceutical licensing, contract manufacturing, and global distribution.

As part of our Quality Assurance team, you'll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards across multiple markets. This is a **cross-functional** role with exposure to various departments and high-level players in the pharma B2B world.

Location: Luxembourg

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Maintain compliance with internal procedures and global quality standards.
- Manage quality complaints for a diverse product portfolio.
- Support the Quality Management System (QMS): SOPs, documentation, and records.
- Define and review quality/technical agreements with third-party manufacturers and distributors.
- Assess commercial agreements for compliance with EU pharmaceutical regulations.
- Act as a quality liaison across affiliates, partners, and internal teams.

**What You Bring**:

- Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (EU-accredited; Pharmacy preferred).
- 3-4 years' experience in QA within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong command of EU GMP/GDP regulations and QMS frameworks.
- Experience in pharmaceutical wholesale distribution and technical agreement handling.
- Full professional fluency in English, Knowledge of French and/or German.
