Your next destination: lux-Airport - Findel - Luxembourg
Do you know that lux-Airport is the operating company of Luxembourg airport, providing direct flight services to 81 destinations and employing 350 people ?
In 2021 and despite the health crisis, we welcomed 1.4 million passengers (compared to 4.4 million passengers in 2019) and we have the ambition to increase this number and continue to develop our activities
In order to achieve this objective and as part of the development of the Operations department, we are looking to hire immediately on a fixed term contract of minimum 6 months a : Info Desk Officer (M/F/d)
**Responsibilities**:
**_What you will be doing :_**
- Responding to customer enquiries (remote or in person)
- Providing and collecting day passes
- Validating, upon request from the Management, parking tickets of lux-Airport's commercial partners
- Making, on specific request, audio announcements within the Terminal in accordance with pre-defined instructions
- Answering calls from Passengers with Reduced Mobility (by terminal or telephone) and implement requests for assistance
- Collecting lost and found items and identifying them according to the defined procedure
- Providing and collecting customer complaint forms
- Completing daily report forms
- Accompanying, at the request of management, visitors and/or suppliers to the security area of the terminal
- Participating in the integration of new employees
Must Have Requirements
**_What you will need :_**
- Studies : BAC or equivalent experience
- Experience : First professional experience desired
- Languages : French, English, German and Luxembourgish
- Skills : Mastery of current office automation tools (Office Pack)
