Account Receivable/ Collection Specialist Intern

**Your Job**
As part of the Financial Operations, you would enhance the collection function and its methodologies, develop its frameworks, challenge its processes, analyze its key performance indicators in view to transform it.

**Our Team**

You will be based in the Dudelange (Luxembourg) office, and you will work with an international team of Collection Specialists and report to our Credit and Collection Manager. The duration of the internship will be between 3 to 6 months.

**What You Will Do**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned portfolio of accounts.
- Review account documentation and payment history to determine appropriate collection strategy.
- Pro-actively manage internal and external customers, relationships to ensure prompt resolution of queries.
- Update account status and notes in collections system according to established procedures.

**Who you are (basic qualifications)**
- Motivated with excellent communication skills, customer oriented, and can-do attitude.
- Ability to build relationships internally and externally, with a strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Experienced with international environment.
- You have the possibility of signing an agreement with your university.
