A. offers a position as Valuation Manager, currently part of its Risk Management Function. The position focuses on ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance of asset pricing and valuations across a wide range of complex liquid and illiquid financial instruments. The role requires close coordination with independent provider(s), Fund Administrators, delegated Investment Managers, and internal trading desks to maintain a robust valuation control framework aligned with UCITS, AIFMD and Luxembourg regulatory standards. What you'll be doing:

Key Responsibilities
:
- Perform daily valuation checks and independent controls on prices received from external and internal counterparts (Valuation Provider(s), Fund Administrators, delegated Investment Managers, UC Trading Desks).
- Monitor adherence to UCITS, AIFMD and Luxembourg valuation regulations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory expectations.
- Day-to-day management of internal fund mandates including daily monitoring, ex-ante compliance, order placement, documentation etc.;
- Analyse and challenge valuations of complex financial instruments, including certificates, structured products, and OTC derivatives.
- Contribute to the oversight, valuation and valuation methodology assessment of illiquid strategies and hard‑to‑value assets.
- Collaborate with risk, portfolio management, and external service providers to resolve valuation discrepancies and support price validation escalations.
- Support enhancements of valuation models, pricing policies, and control frameworks.
- Be responsible for the Valuation framework, the Valuation Policy and the Valuation Committee’s governance.
- Prepare valuation reports, documentation, and relevant inputs for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., auditors, regulators).

- 6 years of experience in valuation and/or pricing function.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of UCITS, AIFMD and Luxembourg valuation rules and regulatory environment.
- Expertise in complex instrument valuation and pricing, including structured products, certificates, and OTC derivatives.
- Experience or exposure to illiquid or alternative investment strategies.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to challenge valuations independently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders. What you'll get in return:
