Nous recrutons un **Strategic Partners Relationship Manager** pour **développer, animer et fidéliser un réseau de Partenaires Stratégiques** dans un environnement **assurance et finance premium**.
Le **Strategic Partners Relationship Manager** est responsable du **suivi commercial**, de l’**accompagnement opérationnel des partenaires** jusqu’à l’émission des contrats, et de la **gestion de la satisfaction**.
Ce poste combine **développement business**, **réponses aux appels d’offres**, **pilotage d’objectifs de collecte élevés** et **contribution active à l’amélioration des processus internes**.
Le **Strategic Partners Relationship Manager** s’adresse à un profil **senior, autonome et orienté performance**, capable de gérer des partenaires exigeants et des enjeux financiers significatifs.
**Vos missions**:
- Fidéliser et développer un **réseau de Partenaires Stratégiques**
- Animer commercialement les partenaires au quotidien
- Fournir conseils, informations produits, tarifications et support opérationnel
- Accompagner et suivre les dossiers partenaires jusqu’à l’**émission des contrats**
- Former les partenaires et sécuriser la qualité des dossiers
- Répondre aux **appels d’offres** (proposition et tarification)
- Préparer et présenter les **demandes spécifiques en comité**
- Gérer les **insatisfactions partenaires** et maintenir une relation de confiance
- Remonter les anomalies systémiques et proposer des axes d’amélioration
- Participer aux **réunions commerciales** et projets transverses

- Esprit d’initiative et forte orientation solutions
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles et esprit d’équipe
- Français courant, **anglais apprécié**
- Maîtrise des outils **Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Dynamics**
