**RSM Tax & Accounting Luxembourg** provides a full range of accounting and tax services to a prestigious clientele and is looking for a dynamic person to join its tax practice:
**Experienced VAT Officer (M/F)**
Our VAT team mainly assists our teams of client advisers and accountants with VAT-related issues, both in terms of compliance and advice. You will be responsible for drafting VAT notices for a variety of local and international clients (banks, insurers, holding companies, financial sector companies, commercial and industrial companies, property developers, public sector clients) and ensuring that clients receive relevant VAT advice.
By joining the team, you will have the opportunity to look after several corporate clients, for whom you will be the main VAT contact person and for whom you will be the support person for general tax, accounting and legal follow-up.
- graduated from a business school or university with majors in tax, accounting and finance;
- has a solid experience in VAT, preferably in an accounting or audit firm;
- has a good understanding of VAT legislation;
- is fluent in French and English. Good German is also an asset;
- possesses a critical and analytical mind with strong sense of providing high quality output;
- has excellent writing and editorial skills;
- is an independent and proactive worker, while also being an effective team player;
- is people/client oriented and eager to understand the client’s business.
The level of the position will be defined according to your experience.
