**Main duties and responsibilities**:
About the job
To support our Accounting team, we are recruiting a Treasury Officer responsible for the following tasks:
- Daily control and monitoring of all bank accounts for holding and production companies
- Updating/maintaining signatories for all banks
- Outgoing payment transactions in Multiline: preparation, execution and archiving,
- Supporting all KYC needs / compliance checks
- Accounting and bookkeeping for our entities
- Month-end-closing and reporting: accruals for interest, preparation of PL and BS
- Preparation of annual LUX GAAP accounts and the annual external audit
- Liaising with tax advisors regarding tax returns: VAT and corporate taxes
- Regular reporting to bank
- Support for other related companies
- Month-end-close in our production companies
- Assistance with the preparation of annual IFRS stand-alone and consolidated accounts and the annual external audit: loans, cash, audit confirmations
- Updating cash flow forecast for our entities
- Creating/updating all related financial reports
- Control and monitor the factoring facility for our production company
- Main point of contact for all factoring related tasks and duties
- Updating business registries, registry of beneficial owners and related
- Preparation of minutes of board and shareholder’s meetings for legal purposes
- Reporting and preparation of documents for external and internal audits
- Customer management
- Payment lists and direct manual payment
- Cooperation with insurance companies
- . Customers payment management (reminders, recovery, cash flows, compensation..)
**Requirements**:
You are wondering how you can join us?
First of all, by answering the following requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years accounting knowledge in LuxGAAP and/or IFRS.
- Strong computer skills and analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent oral / written communication and people management skills.
- Strong organizational skills, efficient and team oriented action.
- Fluent in French and English, German is a plus.
