**Dein Wirkungsfeld**:
Als Werkstudent (all genders) im Account Management unterstützt Du am Standort Frankfurt am Main oder Luxemburg unser Team und erhältst spannende Einblicke in die FinTech-Branche. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören:

- Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten in Salesforce und anderen CRM-Systemen
- Erstellung und Analyse von Berichten, Präsentationen und Account-Management-Plänen
- Mitarbeit an der Identifikation von Upselling
- und Cross-Selling-Potenzialen
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Koordination von Kundenmeetings
- Mitarbeit an internen Projekten zur Optimierung von Account-Management-Prozessen
- Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation zwischen internen Teams und Kunden

**Was Dich auszeichnet**:

- Du bist eingeschriebene*r Student*in im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Hohe Affinität für Finanzdienstleistungen und Automatisierungslösungen
- Analytische und strukturierte Denkweise sowie selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Erste Erfahrungen mit CRM-Systemen (z. B. Salesforce) sind von Vorteil
