**What is the opportunity?**

As Manager, Liquidity Measurement (within Regulatory Reporting Finance), you will be accountable for the preparation and submission of Internal and Regulatory Liquidity Reporting and related key information of the bank and its related affiliates to regulators, executive management, shareholders and ad hoc stakeholders on a daily, monthly basis or upon demand. You will be also a key stakeholder on Liquidity Measurement projects. The role of Manager within Liquidity Measurement includes both functional and technical responsibilities and requires determination, rigorousness and strong analytical and problem solving skills.

**What will you do?**
- To prepare and analyse the daily and monthly liquidity reports ensuring processes are controlled and run on time for the bank and its entities operating within the Euro-zone
- Measures, monitors and reports liquidity risk (normal course and stress) on a regional-wide basis
- Supports the Associate Director in managing the liquidity position and limits (Daily & Monthly) and in implementing new reporting
- Performs first order limit monitoring and provides management information as required
- Responsible for preparation and submission of all regulatory filings relating to liquidity
- Support communications with regulators about liquidity position of the entities within the ISB European region.
- Contribute to the implementation and/or review of internal policies and user guides owned by Liquidity Measurement
- Support for key liquidity regulatory exercises (ILAAP, LCP, etc)

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience or knowledge of liquidity, funding risk and balance sheet in banking or Financial Reporting or Risk Reporting.
- Attention to detail when running a controlled reporting process
- Applied experience / knowledge of accounting policies, systems and controls.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent IT skills, ability to use MS Excel, Access and VBA
- Ability to produce clear, concise and well-written documents.
- Good presentation skills

**Nice-to-have**
- A good understanding of local regulatory requirements and reporting.
- Basel regulation background
- Experience in cash-flow analysis, forecasting and stress testing at an entity level
