Véritable référent(e), vous êtes l’interlocuteur de premier niveau de nos clients et un facilitateur pour l’activité de l’équipe technique.

Vos attributions incluent mais ne se limitent pas à:

- Prise en charge des appels clients relatifs à des dépannages, demandes diverses liées aux projets et contrats de services ou demandes d’offres.
- Dispatching des techniciens pour répondre aux demandes de dépannage de nos clients et suivi des interventions.
- Gestion du planning de l’équipe technique en coordination avec les managers et chefs de projets.
- Gestion administrative de l’équipe technique : planning d’astreintes, demandes d’accès chantiers, suivi des sous-traitants, etc.
- Support aux techniciens et ingénieurs ainsi qu’à l’équipe vente.

**Les clés pour réussir**

Doté(e) d’une première expérience confirmée dans les technologies du bâtiment, vous détenez des connaissances en systèmes HVAC, détection incendie, systèmes de sécurité

Les logiciels MS Office et en particulier Outlook, Excel et Word sont vos amis du quotidien. La connaissance de SAP est fortement appréciée.

Plongé dans un environnement multiculturel, la maîtrise du français, de l’allemand et de l’anglais est indispensable dans le cadre de vos échanges quotidiens avec les collaborateurs du site et clients.
