The Opportunity

Are you passionate about customer service and do you particularly enjoy helping customers and supporting them in their dispute proceedings? If a yes comes to you spontaneously, then why not seize this opportunity to evolve within our dynamic Contact Center team as an intern while allowing you at the same time to deepen your knowledge and experience and discover the fairly wide range of support services that we offer to our customers and to cardholders.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Answering inbound customer calls and provide accurate answers to their queries and concerns
- Handling customer complaints and de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
- Card Blocking due to lost, stolen and fraud.
- Cardholder Care: Transaction complaint, Card verification due to a refusal, monthly card statement support/verification due to non-recognized transactions;
- And many more,

- Relevant experience in Contact Center; financial experience considered as an asset;
- Excellent oral and written skills are essential: fluent in Luxemburgish, French, English, German and Dutch is considered a strong advantage;

- Motivated and accepts flexible working hours;
- Stress-resistant and knows what to do when facing complaints and objections;
- Empathic and expert in active listening;
- Passionate about customers and their satisfaction;
- Helpful, friendly and puts customers first;

- Can handle pressure when results need to be achieved.
