EMEA Marketing & Content Coordinator

**WHAT TO EXPECT**

As innovation leaders, we seek ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. **Working full-time from our Luxemburg office**, you will focus on supporting our marketing functions and coordinating the EMEA marketing budget roadmap and our marketing activities.
- In this position, you will play a pivotal role by ensuring collaboration and communication with Marketing and Finance teams to execute assigned projects successfully and contribute to the business's overall success.
- As an EMEA Marketing & Content Coordinator, you'll support a wide variety of our marketing efforts across the region.

**Key responsibilities (to name a few)**:

- Coordinate the marketing budget roadmap with all stakeholders to forecast and report accurately.
- Collaborating with marketing and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Create purchase requisitions and receipts and track expenses for budget reconciliation.
- Coordinating marketing budgets, contracts, and procedures.
- Managing translations, proofreading publications, and assisting with website updates

**ABOUT YOU**
- Master's or bachelor's degree in marketing or communication
- Fluent in English communication with basic copy-editing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Time Management skills
- Proactive, hands-on mentality.
- Knowledge of desktop publishing tools (InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or WordPress is an advantage
