**What you'll be doing**

As a Product Compliance Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products comply with regulations while fostering innovation. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

- ** Embed Compliance by Design** - Integrate compliance considerations from the earliest stages of product ideation, design, and development, working closely with Product Managers and Engineering.
- ** Conduct Risk Assessment & Mitigation** - Perform Business Impact Analyses and risk assessments for new products, identifying potential compliance issues and proposing effective mitigation strategies.
- ** Provide Guidance & Support** - Act as the go-to expert for product teams on compliance matters, offering proactive support and clear guidance throughout development sprints.
- ** Interpret Regulatory Requirements**- Stay updated on relevant regulations and translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, actionable advice for product development.
- ** Collaborate on Testing & Validation** - Work with teams on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other testing activities to ensure compliance requirements are effectively implemented.

**Who we're looking for**

We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in Does this sound like you?
- ** Relevant Experience** - 1-3 years of experience in a regulated industry, preferably FinTech, payments, or financial services, with a technical or legal/economics background.
- ** Product & Tech Acumen** - Comfortable working with product and technology teams in agile environments and understanding product development lifecycles.
- ** Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills** - Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations, identify risks, and develop pragmatic solutions.
- ** Communication & Collaboration** - Excellent communication skills (fluent in English; Italian a strong plus) with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders.
