This Senior Cybersecurity Architect position offers the opportunity to design, implement, and strengthen robust security infrastructures at the core of a major European organization's digital transformation.
Your mission will be to define strong security frameworks, establish best practices, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and cybersecurity professionals to assess risks, deploy effective controls, and proactively respond to emerging threats.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Security Architecture Design**:
Create and document reusable security patterns and blueprints, and guide teams in integrating them into the organization's cybersecurity roadmap.
**Architecture Review and Project Security**:
Evaluate the security posture of IT solutions, align designs with defined standards, and ensure security is embedded throughout the development lifecycle (DevSecOps, SDLC).
**Privileged Access Management (PAM)**:
Design and document the implementation of the organization's PAM concepts, define rollout plans, and support integration teams during deployment. Experience with SSH PrivX Platform is a strong plus.
**Identity and Access Management (IAM)**:
**Technical Expertise**:
Proficiency in Python scripting is mandatory.
**Collaboration and Leadership**:
Work closely with IT, DevOps, and business teams to promote a shared security mindset. Provide mentorship and technical leadership to security engineers, acting as a trusted advisor to both internal squads and customer stakeholders.
**Profile and Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on business continuity.
Solid understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
Knowledge of TOGAF and SABSA frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose practical and innovative solutions.
Strong communication skills, autonomy, and proactivity in complex environments.

**Requirements**:
EU citizenship.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in another European language is an asset.
Previous experience in public administration or a similarly complex environment is desirable.
