**SENIOR CYBERSECURITY ADVISOR**:
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Cybersecurity Advisor your challenges will include:
Conduct cybersecurity oversight activities as part of the second line of defense, including assessment, control, and monitoring of security safeguards.
Review, validate, and track the implementation of cybersecurity measures, identifying potential gaps or areas for improvement.
Collaborate with first-line functions, IT, and Risk teams to ensure a consistent and integrated approach to cyber risk management.
Ensure alignment with relevant regulatory requirements and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001).
Draft reports, recommendations, and follow-up actions related to cybersecurity reviews and control activities.Provide support during internal and external cybersecurity audits.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of corporate cybersecurity policies, guidelines, and procedures.
️Technical Skills
Fluent in Italian (native-level or equivalent) and English; French is a plus, and bonus points if you can charm us in German too.
Degree in a STEM discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field) - preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally in structured or regulated environments.
In-depth knowledge of international cybersecurity regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., DORA, NIS2, NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001)
Proven experience in cybersecurity governance, control, or supervisory roles.
Solid understanding of ICT risk assessment methodologies.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience living or working abroad, whether through Erasmus adventures or power-packed internships.
Optimal knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word as secret weapons in driving efficiency and excellence.
