The Digital Communication Consultant will work on a client project (major EU Institution) in Luxembourg and will implement communication activities on social media.
This will also include: implementing creative social media campaigns to advertise key messages, key events and flagship projects; and helping to update the social media strategy accordingly; preparing live social media interviews with stakeholders and financial instruments practitioners; preparing and running live social media reporting from key events.

Qualifications and Skills:

- At least Bachelor degree, preferably oriented towards communication, public relations, political sciences or (international political) economy;
- Proven track record of producing copy and creative content for use on social media
- Experience in delivering paid promotion campaigns to increase visibility of social media profiles/pages for corporate clients;
- Experience in delivering Google PPC campaigns and other digital marketing promotional campaigns to increase and improve web traffic;
- Proficiency with common software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Proven experience of using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator);
- Experience in working in an international environment and with different cultures;
- Excellent command of UK Standard English including effective spoken presentation and written reporting abilities, attention to editorial detail and deadlines;
- Good command of other EU languages is considered an asset.

Professional Experience:

- At least 3 years of relevant work experience with a focus on communication through social media, using videos and infographics;
- Experience in delivery of services related to communication to EC services and/or other EU Institutions and/or International Financial Institutions/Organisations and/or managing authorities and/or similar assignments
