**Legal Compliance Officer : The Function**
- You will maintain, update or archive corporate documents such as agreements, shareholders register or GDPR
- Play a key role in all legal projects
- You will monitoring due diligence procedures and several compliance tasks (AML, KYC)
- You will support the implementation of internal compliance policies and corporate governance under the supervision of your manager
- Work directly with various stakeholders (bankers,notaries,accountants) to ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations

**Legal Compliance Officer : Your Profile**
- You have ideally a previous experience of 3 years' as a Legal or Compliance Officer, ideally in a fiduciary
- You have completed a Master in Law, Business Administration or in a related field
- Familiar with English and French languages (written and spoken)
- You are multi-skilled and proficient in tasks relating to compliance (AML, KYC), corporate affairs (drafting minutes, keep up to date the shareholders' register, etc.) and legal matters.
- You own good communication skills and an analytical mind
