**Corporate Officer - In House, Extra Holidays**

**Your Responsibilities**|** CoSec - Law - Legal - Corporate - Jurist**
- You will be responsible for a portfolio composed of **SPVs from constitution to dissolution**, including:

- ** Organizing** board meetings and **drafting** board minutes.
- ** Reviewing** and drafting documents such as resolutions, agreements, and contracts.
- ** Liaising** with third parties such as lawyers, banks, and notaries.

**Profile and Career Path**|** CoSec - Law - Legal - Corporate - Jurist**
- You have at least **3 years of experience** as a Corporate Officer in a similar environment in Luxembourg, such as a fiduciary, PFS, or asset manager.
- To communicate efficiently with your interlocutors, you are fluent in **English**.
- Having strong knowledge of law is essential to be efficient in this position. To demonstrate it, you have at least a **Bachelor's degree in Law**.
- This position requires meeting numerous deadlines. To be successful, you are someone **organized** and **proactive**.

- You will earn a salary up to **€70,000 gross/year**, making your standard of living comfortable.
