We're currently looking for an Assistant Facility Manager to support our growing operations in the Facilities department in Luxembourg. This full-time role comes with a favorable salary and an extensive benefits package. The APEX Group has 4 offices in Luxembourg, which are managed by the facilities team. The activities consist of maintenance management, soft services management, property management, project management, event management, H&S, procurement, security and contract management. Your responsibilities consist of:
- Contract Management, reviewing, checking invoices, terminating, negotiating and setting up new contracts.
- Facilities project management e.g. move projects management. You should be able to lead move projects and ensure that all parties are well informed.
- Supporting facilities administrative processes including mobile phone management and lease cars.
- Respond to and resolve facility-related issues or requests promptly.
- Creating and updating company policies.
- Knowledge of written and spoken English, knowledge of French and German are an advantage.

- Proven experience in facilities or a related role.
- Bachelor level.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail e.g. for managing projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems efficiently.
- Dependable, with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
