**Join us as an ICT Governance & Outsourcing Officer**

**What you will be doing**
Joining Satispay means being a leader of change and innovation.
You’ll be part of the ICT Governance & Outsourcing Management team where you will support the Outsourcing and Service Providers Management. The team is located in Luxembourg but provides services to the Satispay Group (Italy, Luxembourg, France, and soon other countries).
You will be reporting to the ICT Governance & Outsourcing Manager and working closely with various teams and stakeholders within the Satispay Group.

Main responsibilities will include:

- Outsourcing & Service Provider Management
- Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders as part of the outsourcing management process;
- Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders in regard to other Service Provider Management with a focus on ICT service providers
- Perform the oversight and reporting;
- Policies & Procedures:

- Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to draft, review or update the ICT Governance & Outsourcing team’s policies and procedures;
- Resolve any findings resulting from the Compliance monitoring program in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Audit
- Be the point of contact for all audit requests relating to Outsourcing and Service Providers Management.

You have:

- 3+ years of proven experience in Outsourcing Management fields and functions;
- Analytical & Result oriented mindset and not afraid to fail and improve by learning on the job.

You are:

- An excellent communicator at all levels;
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Italian is considered a plus.

**Logistic & Salary**
The role is based in Luxembourg with a hybrid work policy.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
Stock option plan available.
