**THE LUXEMBOURG BUSINESS**

Gen II Luxembourg Services offers Private Equity and Real Estate administration services, providing Gen II US clients, and new US and European sponsors with the capability to have a Luxembourg base of operations and trusted partner in Europe.

**THE ROLE**

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the established Luxembourg entity and become a key member of our team further developing the business.

The role sits within the Registration Department. As an AML-KYC Senior Officer, you will be dealing with AML/CFT matters on a daily basis. You will be mainly focused on the investors’ due-diligence and ongoing monitoring processes.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**-
- Oversee the day to day activities of the more junior members of the team
- Monitor incoming client and investor requests and respond proactively
- Ensure the Investor KYC files are reviewed accurately on a timely basis
- Perform Ongoing Due Diligence of investors as per our internal procedural and regulatory requirements
- Proactive review and monitoring of Investor AML-KYC documentation received
- Review of ODD/CDD done by other members of the team
- Provide support to/and share knowledge with Analyst/Officer and more broadly where appropriate
- Control and review the proper saving and filing of the documents and maintain up to date Client Due Diligence (CDD) and Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) files in the appropriate database.
- Maintenance and validation of investor KYC information and static data setup and
- Management and maintenance of investor on boarding, liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at fund closing
- Ensure adherence to all established procedures and controls
- Contribute to procedure and process improvements and simplifications where appropriate
- Preparation of internal and external management reporting
- Daily review of the name matching and monitoring of the targeted financial sanctions lists and general screening and that any alerts are treated in a timely manner
- Ensure timely escalation to his/her management of urgent and sensitive matters
- Support regulatory Internal and external audit reviews when required
- Liaise with internal and external clients and stakeholders in a professional and respectful manner
- Any other tasks entrusted to you by your line manager
- You will pro-actively keep yourself informed about AML-CTF laws and regulations and will follow regular trainings.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**-
- Master degree in Business, Economics or Law
- Strong knowledge of AML/CTF, KYC principles and practices
- Strong knowledge and experience in KYC requirements for different entities type, structures’ complexity and jurisdiction
- Understanding of:

- Luxembourg laws, regulations and market standards
- Registrar and Transfer Agent role
- Financial services and fund administration business

**SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**-
- At least 3-5 years AML KYC experience in an Operational team for a Transfer Agency, Registration or Financial Services Industry
- Fluent in English, any other language is considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including contributing to a positive and friendly environment and strong team spirit
- Client orientated with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously, taking full ownership of assigned responsibilities with a commitment to delivering quality work in a timely manner
- Excellent organizational skills complemented by a “can do” and positive attitude
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and to work under pressure
- Ability to manage priorities and escalate where necessary
- Must have good attention to details
- Must display dynamism and flexibility to adapt in a fast-moving environment
