Data Governance

**| Your challenges?**:

- Develop and implement robust data governance policies to ensure data integrity and security
- Design and employ innovative methods for high-quality data acquisition, ensuring its relevance, precision, and authenticity
- Engineer and execute efficient and secure protocols for data manipulation and analysis, with a focus on all technical aspects
- Construct data objects and attributes, data descriptions, and CARS (Create, Access, Retire, Survive) matrix for data creation, access, modification, and veracity sources
- Observe and analyze data and information systems, assessing their performance to identify opportunities for enhancement (new technologies, updates, etc.)

**| What do we expect from you?**:

- You have at least 3 years’s experience in a similar position in Finance or Insurance company
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or any related field
- Degree in information systems, data science, or a related technical field (STEM)
- Demonstrated experience in the field of data management
- Exceptional understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, dissemination, etc.)
- Proficiency with contemporary database and information system technologies
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Spanish/Italian would be a plus
