Nous recherchons pour un de nos clients à Luxembourg spécialisé dans lingénierie financière, le family office et le corporate services, un:
Corporate Officer
Rattachée à la Direction Générale, et au sein dune petite équipe en appuie aux Family Officers, votre mission sera globalement daccompagner les clients dans le traitement et suivi de leurs dossiers. Ainsi, vous assurerez le suivi juridique et administratif des sociétés gérés et administrées, vous participerez aux formalités de constitution des sociétés et de mise en place des structures ainsi qu'à la rédaction des contrats entre les entités administrées, à l'analyse et à la rédaction de la documentation contractuelle liée à lentrée en relation de nouveaux clients et à la revue périodique des clients existant (Procesus KYC,) et à la mise en place de restructuration de sociétés (fusion, scission, transformation).
Vous prendrez également part à la mise en place et au suivi de projets transversaux liés au développement de lactivité et à la communication avec les clients/investisseurs.
De formation juridique, vous avez acquis une expérience de 5 a 10 ans au sein dune fiduciaire, dune cabinet dexpertise-comptable ou dun cabinet davocat.
**Qualités requises**: sens du service, bon relationnel, bonne maitrise technique avec une bonne compréhension des principaux concepts juridiques, comptables et commerciaux liés aux sociétés luxembourgeoises. Autonome, rigoureux et responsable, vous faites preuve dinitiatives et de capacités à travailler en équipe.
