As part of the Analytics team, you will get the opportunity to ensure business reality is accurately reflected into financials, and insights are comprehensively reported to investors and management.

Within this role, you will get the opportunity to:

- Provide end-to-end follow-up, analysis and reporting of our existing portfolio of logistics real estate within CE
- Track our CE real-estate portfolio performance against KPIs
- Prepare analysis and reports on our current portfolio for our investors
- Be the link between local asset management teams, finance team and investment management teams

Who are we looking for?
- You love data, working with figures and solving problems
- You have a passion for financial analysis and love working with different tools (eg Excel, Power BI, )
- You like to be in the driver seat and make things happen
- You are fluent in English with good communication skills and you are a natural when it comes to stakeholder management
- You’re not afraid to challenge the obvious
- You have experience or interest in (industrial) real estate

Goodman owns, develops, and manages modern industrial real estate including logistics facilities, data centres and business parks in strategic locations around the world. In total, we have a team of around 1.000, located across 5 continents. Our Continental European headquarter is based in Belgium and we are active in 7 European countries, including offices in Amsterdam, Brussels, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Luxembourg, Madrid, Milan and Paris.
