Au sein du département Residential & Small and Midsize Business Sales de POST Telecom S.A, le service Medium Business fournit des services ICT et télécom end-to end pour les clients du segment Medium Business entre 50-250 collaborateurs.

**Missions**:

- Assurer la croissance du chiffre d'affaires de POST Telecom en détectant des nouvelles opportunités et promouvoir de nouveaux produits/solutions du type cloud Cloud, Managed Services, LAN, Services Connectivité Cyber Sécurité;
- Développer de nouveaux contacts et assurer une relation de confiance avec le client afin de garantir sa satisfaction et ainsi favoriser le maintien des contrats existants et en initier de nouveaux;
- Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de vente (volume quantitatif / qualitatif des ventes) fixés par la direction commerciale;
- Développer des collaborations internes avec les experts en charge des offres produits et services.

**Profil**:
**Compétences techniques**
- Être reconnu(e) pour vos compétences commerciales (vente et de négociation) et pour votre capacité à générer de nouvelles opportunités business dans des environnements techniques hétérogènes;
- Disposer idéalement de très bonnes connaissances du marché luxembourgeois et avoir de très bonnes connaissances des nouvelles technologies;
- Être capable de définir et mettre en oeuvre une stratégie de développement des affaires, notamment auprès du marché Medium Business.

**Compétences comportementales**
- Disposer de fortes capacités interpersonnelles avec un réel sens de l’écoute, un bon esprit d’équipe et être notamment reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à travailler en binôme;
- Avoir un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, combiné à un esprit critique et une rigueur organisationnelle et financière;
- Être titulaire du permis B valable au Luxembourg.

**Conditions d’admission**:
**Diplômes**

Vous êtes titulaire d’un grade ou diplôme délivré par un établissement d’enseignement supérieur reconnu par l’Etat du siège de l’établissement et sanctionnant l’accomplissement avec succès d’un bachelor en ICT ou de son équivalent.

**Expérience**

Vous avez une expérience professionnelle de 5 années à une fonction commerciale/de vente et disposer idéalement de bonnes connaissances dans le secteur ICT, notamment pour les services du type Cloud, Managed Services, LAN, Services Connectivité Cyber Sécurité.

**Nationalité**

Vous êtes ressortissant d’un État membre de l’Union européenne.

**Langues**

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l’anglais. La connaissance du luxembourgeois et/ou de l’allemand est un réel atout.
