As a Middle Officer, you'll play a **vital role** in a collaborative, hands-on team, where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will be as diverse as they are **essential**, ensuring that your day is both engaging and challenging. Here's what your role will include:
- ** AML Compliance** and risk management
- ** Account reconciliations**:
- ** Organizing board meetings**, updating circulars, and ensuring KYC compliance
- ** Regulatory updates** and compliance maintenance
- ** Administrative duties**, including occasional front-desk responsibilities-adding even more variety to your day and enhancing your skills across financial and administrative tasks.
**_ Middle_**_ Officer_** **_- Your Profile:_**
- ** AML and compliance knowledge**:
- ** Reconciliation** and light accounting skills
- ** Board meeting organization** (including updating circulars and KYC)
- ** Regulatory standards** awareness
Fluency in **Italian** and **English** is essential, as these are the daily languages of communication. You're known for your autonomy, attention to detail, and ability to manage diverse tasks seamlessly.
