As part of our continued expansion within the Structured Finance Team at Citco Governance Services in Luxembourg, we are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and service minded Structured Finance Senior Accountant. You will become part of a team of accountants, corporate officers and secretarial support that manages a portfolio of client companies in the in private debt and debt capital markets spaces (securitization).

**Your Role**
- Prepare financial statements under Lux GAAP independently on behalf of client companies and on the basis of the transaction documentation;
- Prepare annual, quarterly or monthly management accounts and/or waterfall calculations for structured finance client-companies in accordance with reporting deadlines;
- Audit management and ensuring deadlines are met;
- Preparation and submission of the statistical FVC reporting to the Luxembourg Central Bank;
- Liaison with tax advisers to ensure direct (CIT) and indirect (VAT) compliance of client-companies;
- Presentation of financial statements at board meetings;
- Work in close collaboration with legal and company secretarial team so as to ensure that all aspects of client work are properly covered;
- Preparation and execution of payments of client-companies in accordance with procedures;
- Assist in projects as required by senior management;
- Ensure prompt collection of account receivables in accordance with credit terms;
- Adhesion to and ensuring adherence to i.a. KYC/AML as well as accounting policies and procedures;

**About You**
- You are degree qualified with 3-5 year post-qualification experience in accounting and financial reporting;
- You have working knowledge of accounting matters related to securitization/structured finance and knowledge of regulatory requirements for Luxembourg companies (filing dates, etc.) and wider regulatory environment (KYC and AML rules);
- You have good knowledge of accounting and tax-related aspects of private debt and securitization structures (incl. AEOI, EU DAC 6, etc.);
- You show excellent interpersonal, client relationship, influencing and communication skills;
- You are able to work under pressure to meet strict reporting deadlines;
- You can set priorities and work both on own initiative and as part of a team;
- You are willing to embrace ad hoc responsibilities outside of the accounting role in order to meet our client’s requirements;
- You have fluency in English (French and German would definitely be valuable assets but not a pre-requisite).
